Carmen Hu Almagor was first introduced to the world of postproduction when she mistakenly signed up for a documentary editing class as an undergrad at Duke University. In 2019, Carmen received the Eric Zumbrunnen Fellowship. She resides in Los Angeles and is married to cinematographer Eitan Almagor.
