EZ Critic gives you a place to review films without writing essays. You agree to use it honestly. That is most of the contract.

You are responsible for what happens under your username. Keep the password long and to yourself.

You need to be at least 16 to create an account or post anything.

One person, one account. Alt accounts used to inflate karma get removed without ceremony.

Your reviews stay yours. We keep our paws off them. You give us permission to display them because that is what a review site does.

What we collect and keep is described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not:

• Impersonate other people or studios
• Scrape the catalog or the reviews
• Manipulate karma, votes, or ratings
• Post content you don't have rights to

The full conduct rules live in the Community Policy. These are the load-bearing ones.

We can hold, reject or remove content, and restrict or close accounts that break these terms. Reviews from new accounts may wait for approval before they publish.

Karma is a reputation score. It unlocks features, it has no monetary value, and we can correct it when someone games it.

Film metadata, posters and stills come from third parties and belong to their owners.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

If something here infringes your rights, tell us through the contact form with the address of the content and proof of ownership. We read complaints promptly and remove what is infringing.

You can delete your account whenever you like. We can close accounts that break these terms and we will tell you why.

We may update these terms. If a change matters we will say so on the site, and the date at the top always reflects the current version. We may also add, change or remove features.

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available. We do not promise perfection.

Scores and reviews are opinions, not facts and not recommendations. We do not guarantee that catalog data is accurate or that the site is always up. Member pages can link out to places we do not control.

Short version: we're honest with you and we expect the same back.

If one part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest still stands. If we do not enforce something straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the service, and legal notices can reach you by email or on the site.
