Fergus Clegg has spent the past 25 years working in the art department and set decoration departments on films ranging from “Skyfall” and “Spectre” to “Bridget Jones’s Diary,” “The Life of Pi,” “The Grand Budapest Hotel,” and “The Wind that Shakes the Barley.”. On many films, Clegg has worked with the renowned British film director Ken Loach.
