Tamara Solodnikova (August 25, 1939 Pushkin – June 21, 2010 Tallinn) was an Estonian actress. Member of the Estonian Theater Association (1968) and the Actors' Union (1994). She had been married to Olev Kitsas since 1970.
She graduated from Pushkin High School in 1956, from the Technical School of Chemical Technology in Leningrad in 1958, and from the Leningrad State Institute of Theater, Music and Cinematography in 1967. Worked at the Russian Theater from 1967 to 2010.
Meritorious Artist of the Estonian SSR (1976), People's Artist of the Estonian SSR (1989). Theater Association Prize for Creative Achievement (1978, 1981), Creative Worker of the Year Award (1988).
